Proof Required: Please provide clear photos or a quick unboxing video showing the issue.<\/p>\n

On-the-spot Return: You can inspect the package in front of the delivery agent and return it immediately if there is a defect.<\/p>\n

Return Shipping Fee: If the mistake is on our end, we will cover the return delivery costs.<\/p>\n

3. Non-Returnable Items<\/p>\n

Customized or Print-on-Demand items ordered in the wrong size by the customer.<\/p>\n

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags and packaging.<\/p>\n
